Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original Curren branded packaging, including all tags, manuals, and protective films.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable courier service to send the package back to our quality control center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the watch is in unworn condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
